Shipping: Each piece of chandelier lighting is professionally packed, insured and is shipped within one week as soon as the payment clears. We ship by the least costly method using either UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or United States Postal. Return Policy: If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the item. At that time you will receive a return confirmation number. The package must be repacked in the same condition in which it was sent in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not pay shipping on returns.
