Shipping: Orders are shipped F.O.B. Brooklyn, NY via UPS or common carrier (freight trucking). Weight, destination and the size of the boxes will determine shippng charges. All shipments by freight trucking will be confirmed by the trucker before delivery.
No cancellations are accepted once the product has been shipped.
All freight costs are deemed "collect," unless freight charges were prepaid before shipment. Please check with us for the actual shipping charges either by calling 615-847-0849 or through email at: johnie@unique-homefurnishings.com and we will determine the shipping charges and let you know.
Each Venetian Mirror is professionally packed and shipped within one week if it is in stock. If the item is not in stock, please allow 60 - 90 days for delivery.
Damaged in shipping or Manufacturing defects: Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise via e-mail at johnie@unique-homefurnishings.com. Product inspection is the responsibility of the customer. Presence of minor imperfections and scratches on mirrors are unavoidable due to the fact that all pieces are handmade. Since all mirror parts are interchangeable, we can send you replacement parts when necessary.
Return Policy: All sales are final. If any item should be authorized for return it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight.
Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order.
Sales Tax: Only Tennessee residents are required to pay sales tax.
