    Safety and Privacy of your personal and financial information is Unique Home Furnishings" number one priority.  Ordering is made easy by using our Shopping Cart.  When you are ready to checkout you will be taken to a Secure Checkout page.  VeriSign will appear on the checkout pages of our website showing that we are licensed for use on the secure checkout portions of this website.

    What type of payments do you accept?
    PayPal is one of the safest methods of customer payments.  You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank transfers, eChecks and debit cards.  It is simple to use and you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through them.  All you do is click the "Checkout" on the Shopping Cart and you are taken to the Secure Checkout page where your payment can be made.  If you have a PayPal account, just sign into your account and hit "pay."  They do not share your sensitive financial information which is encrypted for your protection.  We will also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier checks.

    May I request different options?
    Yes, since many of our products are hand-made and in some instances one-of-a-kind, we do offer options for many of the products.  Most custom orders will take 30 - 90 days for delivery except for furniture and that could take longer.  Please check with us for question about all customer orders.

    When will my item be shipped?
    Each item is professionally packed, insured and is shipped within one week (if in stock) as soon as the payment clears.  If we are out of stock or it is back ordered, it could take from 30 to 90 days depending on where it is coming from.  We will let you know the status when you order.  Please read the shipping information on each product page for those specific items.

    What shipping methods do you use?
    We chip by the least costly method using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or United States Postal.  For furniture or other large items, we will ship by truck.  Since we deal with many different wholesalers we ask that you contact us for your shipping charges either  through e-mail at: johnie@unique-homefurnishings.com or call 615-847-0849 and we will determine the shipping charges and let you know.

    What is your return policy?
    Standard Policy for items that can be returned:  If you wish to return an item, please call us within 10 days of receipt of the item.  Please inspect all items for damage as soon as you receive them.  This will enable you to be eligible for a refund/replacement.  At that time you will receive a return confirmation number.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  Please place delivery confirmation number on your return.  We do not pay shipping on returns.  Be sure to check the Return Policy on each "item category" since it could be some what different than the Standard Policy.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    Only Tennessee residents are required to pay sales tax.
